Statement
For me, painting is a way of connecting with my roots and exploring the themes of identity, memory, and heritage that are so central to my experience as a Persian/Canadian artist. Through my art, I hope to share the beauty and complexity of Persian culture with a wider audience, fostering greater understanding and appreciation for this rich and diverse tradition.
Whether I’m working on a large-scale canvas or a small, intimate piece, my approach to painting is always deeply personal and meaningful. I believe that art has the power to transcend boundaries and bring people together, and I am honored to share my work with those who appreciate the beauty and depth of Persian art.
About Screen Printing
"Screen printing or Silk-screening is a printing technique that forces ink through a mesh screen onto canvas or other matherials. Traditionally the process was called screen printing or silkscreen printing because silk was used in the process prior to the invention of polyester mesh."
